Information we collect

When you use the Free Eligibility Checker, we may collect your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, academic qualification and result, study background, preferred subject and study level, budget, intake, English status, passport status, referral/UTM source and the preliminary matches generated by the checker.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your preliminary eligibility report, save your enquiry, understand which study options may suit you, and contact you about relevant Malaysia study and application options.

WhatsApp follow-up

The eligibility form clearly asks for your consent before submission. If you agree, NextStop Malaysia may contact you on WhatsApp. When our official WhatsApp notification service is enabled, an internal notification containing relevant enquiry details may also be sent to the NextStop Malaysia team so we can follow up. The result page also gives you a separate button to send your report into the WhatsApp chat yourself.

Important

The eligibility result is preliminary guidance only. Final admission, grade/subject equivalency, English acceptance, scholarship, fees, intake availability and visa decisions are made by the relevant university and authorities. Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, PINs or banking credentials.

Data access

Eligibility leads are stored in our protected database. The public website may submit a consented enquiry but is not allowed to browse other students' lead records. Access to the lead dashboard is restricted to authorised NextStop Malaysia administration.
